Function integration

Our pultruded thermoplastic composite profiles combine continuous fiber alignment with tailored off-axis reinforcement. By integrating braid structures into the pultrusion process, we enable optimized profiles not only for axial loads, but also for torsion, impact resistance and stability. The thermoplastic matrix enables post-forming, welding and functional integration — supporting efficient system integration and scalable manufacturing.
